So nervous about Doctor's checkup
 

I am getting a physical in April for the first time in 4 years. Last time I had high blood sugar when I was 19. I still binged after that =(
I hope that things have improved health wise, considering all the damage I have done from emotional eating.
I want to push it off, but I won't.

Don't sweat it. What is the wost that is going to happen? the doc is gonna tell you your numbers are high and give you a plan to fix it? Awesome. even if they don't give you a plan then at least you know what is wrong and can look at ways of fixing it yourself! You will be just fine a check up is needed to know where we stand. Better to catch it and fix it now then later.

True. Better to know now than later. Hopefully it will go well. =/

I hate physical's especially get nervous and I expect them to tell me I have cervical cancer or something. ugh. But I forced myself to do it last year after I saw a show about a 24 year old who got cervical cancer. I freaked out and face my wonderful fear and dreadful hate for the doctors. Luckily for me no signs have changed and I find out this April if I have to go to specialized doctor to monitor my Pap tests or if I'm "cured". BOO! I also have high blood pressure and cholesterol problems and I just hate doctors so I can see how you don't want to go either! lol Good luck I'm sure everything will be fine and if not at least now you can figure out how to fix it!

I guess I will find out my true weight too, I've been using a broken scale that says I am lighter than I really am, I like staying delusional!! noooo :mad:

Maybe I can even ask about my weight from my last physical years ago (I averted my eyes last time!)
