Default Detox Pills

So, I was reading up on detox pills, just out of curiosity. I've always wondered how they worked and if they worked. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried them and how they worked for them. I've read people using them to jump start their diets. What do y'all think? What have y'alls experiences been?

I havent tried them but anything labelled "detox" sends off warning bells for me. IMO your body should be capable of removing toxins itself for the most part (unless you have kidney failure or something) and most things that advertise themselves as detoxes are likely to give you the same results (if that) as eating healthily and drinking plenty of water would. Thats just based on the reading that I've done. But mostly, I think "detox" products are clever marketing schemes, getting hold of your hard earned cash that would be in all likelihood better spent on fruits, vegetables and exercise activities that you enjoy

I've tried the detoxing thing doesn't work, it pretty much is a Scam like Kara said. Save your money and put it towards veggies and fruit instead and do it naturally!

Thanks guys!! I've just always wondered what others think about them. I've thought about it and then I'll go back on it because I'm always afraid its a scam and would rather spend the $20-$30 on something else.

Yup! Eating right, drinking fluids and exercising is your body's way of naturally detoxing it's system. You should feel a difference almost immediately too.

I have tried a few different types and they weren't worth it at all. Drink lots of water its the best thing you can do.

I'm on board with everyone else, that you're better off to eat healthy and drink lots of water and your body can naturally 'detox'

Plus who wants to sit on the toilet for like 3 days straight anyways?
