I havent tried them but anything labelled "detox" sends off warning bells for me. IMO your body should be capable of removing toxins itself for the most part (unless you have kidney failure or something) and most things that advertise themselves as detoxes are likely to give you the same results (if that) as eating healthily and drinking plenty of water would. Thats just based on the reading that I've done. But mostly, I think "detox" products are clever marketing schemes, getting hold of your hard earned cash that would be in all likelihood better spent on fruits, vegetables and exercise activities that you enjoy
