Another newbie

  • Hey everyone... my name's Becky, I'm 21 and I live in Nebraska where it's finally starting to warm up a little! (Soon I'll be able to go out walking every day... )

    Anyway. I weigh 195 right now, but the most I remember the scale ever saying is 215 (it may have been more... like I said, I don't remember! ). I couldn't tell you how I lost twenty pounds because I don't know. I haven't really exercised. Maybe I'm subconsciously eating less. But I've decided to put my mind to this and lose the pounds like I really want to. My goal weight is 135. I don't really have a time frame for that... perhaps I will set one soon.

    I have a weight loss journal but it needs to be re-designed (right now it's just the Movable Type default template) and updated (it's been abandoned since February!). After I do that I will share.

    Anyway, that's me. Pleased to meet you.

    Congratulations on your weight loss, so far! Sounds like you must be doing something right!

    I'm with you...the weather here is finally starting to show some signs of spring. I am definitely starting to think about how I can get outside and be more active. Feels like I have been in hibernation!
