My goal is to be 180 by the end of the month. Lofty goal, but I think I can do it. After a bout of bronchitis I'm back at the gym and actually FINISHING my Couch 2 5K runs (Last week wasn't going so well for finishing), so I feel more effective. On my off days I started the 100 Push Ups program. And soon on my push up days I will be incorporating an ab work out and a yoga DVD. So I think between all of the exercise and still being at what I feel is the beginning of my weight loss, I think I can do it. I was 191.3 last week, had a maybe TOM gaining issue this week, so I think by next week I can be in the 180s.

I want to join! I am up half a pound from my ticker so I'll put what I actually weighed this morning. I was good at Thanksgiving so I'm thinking it's the sodium making me retain water - we were on vacation.

I think I will totally join this. Maybe it will help keep me accountable for everything. I weighed in at 137.2 yesterday but I'm up a pound today. Probably due to my day off yesterday and extremely sore muscles! I will post my current weight as of this morning though. Hoping to lose 8lbs by Jan!

Just weighed in at 147.6 this morning
Am aiming for an ambitious 139, which is below my normal set point, but I did manage to lose 10 lbs last month, so why the heck not try for it.
