I live in la, and there isnt a better place to find healthy choices. Vegas is harder with all the drinks and buffets..

Vegas is definitely a hard place to save calories. LA is easier, yelp healthy foods in the area. you can come up with a lot. However, in Vegas, I checked out some places that are more healthy and list nutritional values for their food items.
Canyon Ranch Grill
Canyon Ranch Cafe
Earl of Sandwhich
Also, if you were to drink in Vegas (and you will), I would drink some vodka and diet tonic water with lots of lime. I would recommend Voli vodka Lyte since it's 48 cals

There wonderful buffets in Las Vegas, stay away from the deserts. You can find plenty of fresh fruit and vegies and lean meats. I prefer the buffets to the restaurants becuse you have more of a say in what you will eat. The only problem is which one to choose, there are many.
