I'm not going to track measurements this time around I'm just going to focus on working out and eating healthy! I've taken before pictures that I will post at the end with my After pictures and see how I notice the difference!!! I tend to lose too much focus when those numbers aren't where I want them to be, so I'm going to try this way!

11/10 - 20 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes weights, 5 minutes elliptical
11/11 - 35 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes weights
11/12 - 20 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes strength
11/13 - 15 minutes treadmill, short walk around the neighborhood with the pups, 20 minutes strength exercises

11/17 - 25 minutes treadmill jogging
11/18 - 20 minutes treadmill while holding weights, 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes weights(arms)
11/19 - Hardcore house cleaning and a heck of a workout walking the dogs! lol those silly pups! I'm exhausted!
11/20 - 20 minute running. 30 minutes weight and strength training
11/21 - about an hour working with Rob on weights, my new trainer, I'm SOOOOO SORE! So Thankful to have met him!

11/25 - Weights, ran a mile, tons of crunches
11/26 - long treadmill walk, some lifting.
11/27 - 3.55 miles on the treadmill, burned 531 calories... in an hour! lol wooo!!! and did some pushups, working on arms!
11/28 - weights, ran 1.11 miles, 20 crunches
11/29 - treadmill 25 mins, elliptical intense for 5 minutes, 50 crunches
11/30 - Lazy day
DECEMBER
12/1 - 30DS L1D1, 25 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes elliptical, 30 crunches and 30 reverse crunches
12/2 - Christmas Tree Lighting. No exercise, just walked around downtown with Kori!
12/3 - 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes weights, 20 crunches
12/4 - 40 minutes treadmill, 8 minutes elliptical, 25 crunches, squats and leg workout
12/5 - 20 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike... light night!
12/6 - 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes arms lifting
12/7 - weights, 30 minutes running
12/8 - 35 minutes elliptical, then ran half a mile and decided i didn't feel well enough to keep going.
12/9 - sick
12/10 - 24 minutes treadmill, 10 elliptical, crunches and burpees.
12/11 - just walking outside, nothing crazy
12/12 - Elliptical and treadmill
12/13 - Elliptical, 50 crunches, squats, tried planks, and leg extentions and curls
12/14 - Crunches, lunges, squats, walking and exercise bike
12/15 - spent the whole day out shopping, visiting back home and just enjoying the day!
