"In Shape MD"
 

I was driving down the road today .. passing a frozen yogurt shop.. REALLY thinking about stopping and getting some bites ;) but then I saw across the road was a place called IN SHAPE MD.. I have never heard of them before..

I googled it.. and It's a place to get in shape? haha Well they have different programs and prescriptions. But I was just wondering if anyone else had heard/ or even tried them out..

I'm going to call and see how expensive it is if other people have had any contact with them. I think it would be nice for me to get checked out anyway. I haven't had a good check up in a while.. other than just at the girl dr. (where I realized how big I was and wished I would have asked for help)...

Well Hmm. I just clicked on their facebook page and the first Picture I saw was HCG and I don't believe in that.. maybe scratch that Idea..


Well I guess a good question would be.. which dr do you talk to about your weight loss?
