6 Week Body Makeover- Anyone else?
 

So I am back on here after trying the South Beach Diet about 4 years ago, I was successful at taking off about 30 lbs but have steadily gained it all back. This time I am trying the 6 Week Body Makeover, but am wondering if anyone else has tried it and how it went for them? I have lost 8 lbs so far and have a goal of losing a total of 50 lbs. Also any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated!
