After a rocky summer (gained 10lbs in a month when I was doing nothing different :S) I'm back. I'm starting the 17 Day Diet today. Has anyone done this? ANyone want to do it with me? Hahha. I tried posting in the low carb area but I don't know how often that gets read and I've always liked this group so I thought I'd post here too.
I've been reading up on it and think it sounds pretty cool I'd definitely be willing to try it out! If those results can happen with people with a lot less to lose than me, then imagine what could happen with me LOL.

Thanks! You should do it with me! I'm hungry right now, even though I feel like I ate a lot of food. I'm having my green tea so we're just gonna wait a bit and see what happens.
Well I do have an update if anyone's interested. I'm down a little over a pound after two days. Definitely smaller numbers than some people but I'm pretty lean comparatively since I do CrossFit so my muscle mass is pretty high; also, I'm expecting my period any day now...so losing anything is pretty good for me. Last night I felt a little nauseous before bed so I had some crackers to settle my stomach. I'm thinking I didn't eat enough at dinner and I needed some quick "sugar". Beyond that it's been going pretty well.
It's actually not that bad. This morning when I stepped on the scale it said I down 4lbs...but I always weigh 3 times (because scales can be wonky) so I'm actually down 2.2.
I really feel like I'm getting my period today though. I can just feel it. So I'm still okay with that.
haha Yeah I have been having a period on and off for a month now.. and I feel like its seriously been messing with my weight loss. ((( But my mother in law has the book so I will have to get it back from her!
