At the moment I dont have a gym membership, I run/walk/cycle/whatever-i-feel-like outside in old football shorts, at least 6-year-old shoes and a tshirt, or any clothes I feel like.
I'm going back to College soon, where gym membership is included in the fees (Then I'll just HAVE to get my moneys worth!)
However I will then be on a tight budget (50 euro a week) and have to pay electricity bills(about 5-10 euro/week), groceries, nights out (still gotta socialise right?) and other living costs. Rent is thankfully paid by sememster and not monthly/weekly so thats one less thing to worry about! Plus, I wont have the transport costs I had previously as the accommodation is very central.
Anyway the whole point of that rant was, could anyone give me some ideas as to what foods are cheap, nutritious and good for weight loss? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
