I am going to stay on plan today because I did not yesterday and it was a terrible, awful feeling and I want to be proud of myself on weigh-in day (Friday).
I will stay on plan because.... I Will wear a bikini next summer and feel good about it. for that matter how bout a pair of shorts....or a summer dress that DOESN'T go to my ankles! Lol
I'll stay on plan today because I gave myself a day off yesterday, and the ice-cream I ate didn't taste as good as I remembered it and I actually feel better when I'm not eating it.
I will stay on plan today because I didn't track over the weekend and I feel like I ate way too much. Also, my weigh-in day is tomorrow and I want to have a good number!
I really, really, really want to finally make it to the lower end of the 130's by the end of this month. 135-140 seems to be the range my body WANTS to be in and Im just not satisfied with it!
