I am going to stay on plan today because I did not yesterday and it was a terrible, awful feeling and I want to be proud of myself on weigh-in day (Friday).

I will stay on plan today because I want to pull a good number when I weigh in on Tuesday!

And because I just tried on a dress I wore in high school (7 years ago) and it was too big!

I'll stay on plan today because I gave myself a day off yesterday, and the ice-cream I ate didn't taste as good as I remembered it and I actually feel better when I'm not eating it.

I really, really, really want to finally make it to the lower end of the 130's by the end of this month. 135-140 seems to be the range my body WANTS to be in and Im just not satisfied with it!
