I want to join! I'm not really trying to lose weight at the moment... just not GAIN anymore than 1 lb per week (I am 7 months pregnant)... So I'll still do the weekly weigh in without the weight loss goal as I have no idea what my weight will be come Halloween. My baby is due somewhere between Oct 4 (LMP prediction) and Oct 13 (ultrasound prediction)... so I'm sure to lose SOME weight by Halloween. I always like the challenges though so my motivation for Halloween will be to weigh less than I do now, which as long as I don't gain too much over the next 8-9 weeks before due date should be possible, and to stay on track with healthy eating and walking daily for at least 30 minutes to an hour. I am going to add on to the chart, but I will probably gain most weeks until the week I give birth and will have a significant drop! It will be funny!

Hey Princess! It has been awhile and I need to get back on track so I am going to join too. Today is my first day back at this and I am sure it will be a bit of a rocky start so I am going to keep my goal simple... I gained 12 lbs since my last visit to 3FC so I want to get back to where I left off! At least I am pretty sure it's only 12 lbs. I weighed myself about a week and a half ago so I guess I better double check that number. Anyway, I will add myself.

I'm working by weight lost right now... so as of today I have 40lbs to lose and would like to be down about 20 by Halloween. So weight-wise that would be from 190 -> 169 (I'll be super excited!). Then just 20 left after that and I'm ship-shape!

If you'd like to add me to the spreadsheet, that'd be cool. I can't seem to access it. =/

I had an injury , tore a muscle, so i am swimming and eating clean :)
first week in about a month that i am looking forward to my weigh in..

I took the last two days off from the gym, but prior to that, I've been doing the elliptical. So far, I haven't gotten bored. We'll see how it goes!!

Not sure how weighing in will go this week. Although I haven't had problems going over my calories, I've had A LOT of sodium the last few days. Will do better tomorrow!!

I told myself last night I would be hitting the gym today but I keep coming up with excuses. I WILL get there. I'm just going to put my workout clothes on and eventually I will get there

Alright I'm in too! Ok, my current weight 160.5. Goal weight is 152 pounds. I always get so nervous I can't do it, but any move in the right direction is good news! Also want to keep up with my exercise routine 4-5 times a week. Let's get it ladies, thanks for letting me join!

Nevermind, I thought I was three weeks behind because I didn't read the headers on the spreadsheet as starting weight/goal weight. Looks like I made it in time! Ok then, my new goal is to be at my goal weight by halloween. That is at 145. That's fifteen pounds! Ok, let's do it.
