I want to have lost 30 lbs by my 26th bday(Sept 26) I have a little under 8 weeks and I need to lose 6 lbs! I am only worried about when football season starts(I live in a college town/work for a university) so there is a lot of food/beer going on :/
Even though my signature has pretty strict goals, I'm actually quite flexible on these, and I have a couple sort of loose goals in mind:
(1) I do want to be 145 by the time school starts on 9/6 - because who doesn't want to walk in on the first day of school and have people's eyes widen and give you a once over? (I'm in law school so it's basically like high school, so this would actually happen.) Heck yes.
(2) I want to be "hot" by Halloween. What this means is anyone's best guess. Of course I'd feel a whole lot more comfortable at this weight than at last year's weight, 20 pounds heavier. However, I do feel like I have a ways to go before I can wear something on the skimpy side and ~get away with it. My god-given thunder thighs are not quite in fighting shape yet. I would be pleased with 140.
(3) I want to maintain at 140 through the holidays. I LOVE the holidays and they all remind me of delicious delicious homemade food, so it would be a victory to still be at 140 by New Year's!
My birthday is October 15th, I would really like to see my 115lbs goal by then, Halloween at the latest. I really really want to look rockin' in a Halloween costume!
I'm saving up some money to go on a nice little shopping spree on my birthday on Sept. 29 & would prefer not have to replace any the clothing I buy afterwards because they end up too big (especially considering this has happened in the past few months already), so I'd love to lose my last 10lbs by then
i would love to be 130 by christmas/new years =) thats my goal weight for now, we'll see what happens then if i want to lose any more or just focus more on toning up and staying that weight. i think its pretty do-able as long as i dont have days like the past couple ive been having hahaha
