Check-in- 20 mins of HIIT on treadmill. I did intervals of 40 secs@ 6.0 mph & 1 min@ 3.0 I also did 3 laps around my cove..

As for me... I went to the gym today but I kind of took it easy. I walked on the treadmill for 40 min on 3.0 and for about half the time I did a 10 incline. I was feeling a lot of pain in my hamstrings which is strange, it's never happened to me before. Looking forward to Zumba tomorrow, I might even go in an hour early and do the hour of super circuit before Zumba too. As usual, I'm really hungry after coming home from the gym even though I didn't really work out that hard. I think I'll just go to bed to fight the hunger. |
Hey ladies. I'm weighing in at 192 this morning. Happy I'm not gaining anything. My goal is to have been kicked the 190s to the curb by Sunday ....

Check-in:: 10 min of TF HIIT 15. I have to work my way slowly with this one until I'm able to do the entire 15 min with no problem. I did 20 min HIIT on treadmill 30 sec on & 30 sec off @ 6.5 mph..

I'm a little late to the conversation, but I'm so hoping to get out of the 190s this week! I've been gaining and losing the same 3-5 lbs over and over again! I've finally broken the cycle and gotten down to 191 again, which I haven't seen since I passed it. Nothing would make me happier than to get to 185 for my birthday on the 20th!

Weighed this morning and I'm down 191.8.. *yay* I'll take that, it's better than nothing!!!

Congrats Kamsmoma!... that's is so amazing.... I'm am so proud/jelous of you ;) There's a 180's thread on here too, I hope to see you there soon! I'm still sitting at 196 :( going to try to hit it extra hard this week... because I just started I think I'm completely capable of being in the lower 180's by the time September rolls around.

Hey, I am also somewhat late in the game, however I would love to get into the 180s before september rolls around. Weighing in at 196 at the moment, but it has been fluctuating between 196 and 199. :/ How often do you girls weight in?

Thought I'd join you ladies.
I weighed in last Thursday at 196.1 but today I'm up to 198.5 :( This weekend included a bad 3-4 day stretch. I just started getting back in the swing of things yesterday. It takes me a day or two of 60% before I get fully back on plan. Today -Pros healthy breakfast, healthy afternoon snack, went for a run. -Cons ate two large sample cookies at supermarket and the run didn't go well I technically fit into my dress for a wedding on my birthday of 8/20, but it's REALLY tight. I hope to get serious and lose 5+ pounds beforehand. Anyone else looking to be VERY good for the next 10 days? |

After MONTHS of bouncing back and forth in the 190s I FINALLY BROKE INTO THE 180S!!!! I've been at 188.5 for the last few days so Ill see you girls in the next thread!!
