I love my carbs, maybe my body works differently than others. I don't know. I eat more than I should I can tell you that! 4 slices of bread a day normally. And sometimes the 4 slices and mashed potatoes.
Have yu tried simple things, like mayo, cheese, sugary drinks? Those can all pack on pounds as well. Do yu drink a lot of water? Are your muscles sore? Maybe holding water? How long has it been since the scale has moved?
Also, don't quit doing what you're doing now, just cause the scale isn't moving doesn't mean the exercise and watching your food isn't working. It may just be delayed!
