Hi there everyone,
I'm going to keep this brief because part of my new found commitment to health is getting enough sleep -- but let me tell you a little about myself.
Was approximately 520lbs at my heaviest around age 20
Hit Rock bottom -- and got serious (no surgeries)
Got to 225lbs (-295lbs) -- had skin removal surgery -- at the age of 22
but -- I'm here -- Why? Because I'm creeping up -- and I'm to a SOLID 260 -- and always I told myself 250lb would be the freakout point.
I'm serious again and I'm going to get it together -- I'm currently age 24 and I want to get some of these lbs by Winter (Holidays, Visiting Home, Vanity, Etc)
