icebreakers mints....
 

Ok so yesterday I had a sore in my mouth and since I chew gum most of the time I kept accidentally hurting the sore over and over again, I decided I would buy a pack of mints instead. I chose the sugar free icebreakers mints. After having about ten mints throughout the day I figured I should maybe look at how many calories were in them. Umm 5 in EACH mint! Are you kidding me? I wasted 50 calories on mints that I thought for sure were next to nothing!

I think 5 cals each IS next to nothing. I usually have 2 a day at most.By the way there are 5 cals in a stick of Dentyne.

I like the sugar free altoids - 0.5 calories each, and they're strong!
