Today i weighed in at 183lb :):):) 3 to go and i am out of the dreaded 180's that have been haunting me for 3 months grrrrr... but on the way..

I am 185 now, I broke out of the 180's for a bit and got down to around 173 (Almost into the 160's I couldn't believe it!!) buuuut I fell WAY off the band wagon and into burritos and cheeseburgers and am sitting back at 185.

Hey there! So I am joining you here and I'm so excited about it! I weighed in at 188.5 today! :D I hope I'll be out by 9/12/11. But still... I'm happy to be here because i just reached my first mini goal. :D

Hey all 180-ers. I have gained and lost the same darn 2 lbs for 2 months now. I have been stuck at 188 for at least two weeks so at least no gains. I really need some newbies to tell me their calories ranges because I am desperate. I am running 4 miles a day at around a 10-11 minute mile. I am not weight training other than a few arm exercises with a 10 lb weight. I chase my 1.5 year old the rest of the day haha. My calories have been between 13-1500 a day with one cheat day of 2000 here and there since family has been in town. I need a strict calorie range that is working.
Sunshine you have great success. What is your range? any exercise? thanks!! |
Today I weighed-in at 181. I'm not sure if it's just because I'm sick but I'll take it in the meantime. ;)

I hit 178 today! Yay! I've been doing the same things I've been doing all summer, I think I just beat a plateau. I'm not complaining! :D

Soooooo happy I have been 187-190 for 2 months. I hit 185.8 today and I am so freaking happy I could scream. I haven't worked out for two days and ate a bunch of kettle corn..mmm new diet I think so haha jk. 5 more lbs 5 more lbs haha have a good week everyone

I decided to join in on this challenge. I was exactly 185 as of this morning (my weight loss has been REALLY sluggish for what I'm capable of this month, I think I started the month at 190-something). My goal is to be 175 by Halloween, but I hope to be in the 170s at some point next month.

I weighed-in at 180lbs today!!!!! This is the fastest I've gone through 5lbs, ever. It's called the "cold and flu diet" :lol:
ETA: I just realized that this also marks for me a 25% loss from my highest weight, yes! |
I'm still at 188 this week. :( Oh well.. I'll just make sure to bust my *** and make sure I lose SOMETHING! hahaha. I am a little disappointed though.

I'm officially joining you ladies.. I'm weighing in at 187.8 today.. I'm extremely excited because I've been stuck at 191-193 for the last two weeks. All of the hard work is finally paying off :).. This makes me want to work even harder than before :)
