Hi everyone! Very excited to be a part of this thread! I am 187.5 as of this morning. I'll bop back into the 190s at least one more time because I have a cheat day in my diet but I've been in the 180s for 3 consecutive days so I decided to join in!

I hope to make it out of the 180s before I need to maintain my weight for a few weeks for a wedding! Have to go to get fitted for alterations in about 3 weeks. I've started working out 5 times a week and it really seems to have sped things up from my old routine of 3 times a week, so hopefully I can do it!

OMG! Weighed this morning and I'm 181.6!! Last Friday I was 184.1....down 3.5 pounds! I'm so close to being out of the 180s! It is such motivation to stay good over the holidays to drop this weight!

183.6 this morning...the highest I have been in a long time! Depressed about it but determined to do something about it.

I have no idea what I weigh right now. I think my sister's scale is wonky because, according to it, I've gained 14 lbs in the past 7 days. I don't think that's possible and refuse to let it get me down.

188.6 today! I really want to hit 187 by Saturday because that will be 20lbs lost! I was SO close to making it last week but sodium kept me at the same weight for 2 days (187.5 UGH). This week has been rough with two family Christmases with DELICIOUS treats at both, baking cookies, and DELICIOUS treats all over the place at work.

I seem to definitely be in the 180s now so that's good enough for me. As long as it keeps moving down in the long run that's all I care about.

So weighed in at 189.4 today. First time I can ever remember seeing 18x....I have a feeling I'll gain a pound or two of water weight in the next week. Just started weight training today...

My last weigh-in on 12/10 was at 183. I gained 7lbs over the holidays which put me at 190.. Now I'm weighing in today at 186.2.. Woohooo.. I'm not giving up!! Can't wait to see the 170s.

Yeah, I gained about 11 pounds over the holidays and have shed all but 2 pounds. I was happy to be back in the 180s after hitting the near 200 mark over the Christmas break. And it took me less than a week to get back. Yay!

Good job everyone!

As for me I'm 183 this morning! I'm so excited to see where I'll be on my weigh in day (which is Saturday). Hopefully lower than last weeks 181.6!

I have been in the 180's for literally six months. I am renewing my vows and have a wedding dress in a few dress sizes too small and I am feeling like I am never going to make it to my goal of 140 by July. I strained my arch again and I can't walk (Was running over an hour). My calorie counter app says to eat 1250 if I am not exercising but I am starving. The lowest I got last year was 181 when I got food poisoning and as of today I am 188. I really need help with calorie counting. I have been to the calorie counter forum with little assistance. If any of you have any calorie ranges with no exercise to get out of the 180's or any non-cook dinner ideas I will be forever greatful! congrats to those losing weight.

1200 seems about right as a calorie amount for someone your size who is sedentary. If you're constantly hungry, try loading up on non-starchy vegetables, protein, and/or fiber. As for non-cook dinner ideas, have you tried eating breakfast (oatmeal, cereal) for dinner? You can also probably eat low-sodium soups or sandwiches (PB&J ). Salad is also good. I don't cook, so I live off of a steady diet of easy-to-prepare, microwaveable meals.
