So excited I can finally join this thread!! I thought I'd NEVER get past the 190s! I was 188.8 this morning and tomorrow is my 'official' weigh day so I'm hopping to see an even lower number!

Just got home from a week-long visit with my family in Florida and TOM.

Scale showed 179.8 this morning! WOOHOO! I guess a little bit of good ol' southern cooking and bbq and plenty of walking while shopping is good for breaking plateaus. May I never see (and get stuck at) 184 again. :P

After jumping between 185 and 183 for a few weeks.. then a week of not weighing myself and trying to just keep going, I finally saw 181 this morning!!! Maybe I will get lucky and by monday I will see 180-179!

Ive been at 183.5 for two weeks now. hopefully itll go down soon. I started taebo this week so im thinking (okay hoping) Im just retaining muscle. we will see!
