Can someone explain why this happens?
I haven't lost anything and I've been working out. I don't get it when I work out I stay at the same weight (of course inches get lost and I become toner and I know the scale isn't everything but gosh darnit I want the number to go down!) but it get's frusterating, (yes I know muscle weighs more than fat but I don't have THAT much muscle on me to make me stay at the same weight!) but then after I workout for so long then stop working out my weight drops a bundle. What is the deal with that?!

I know that feeling! its so annoying!! but I keep telling myself that if i'm losing inches then the pounds will soon follow if I keep going and giving 150%. It might be water retention, I retain water at TOM, when I've had a glass of wine, salt etc. Are you drinking enough water? And are you keeping a food diary, I use an online calorie counter called myfitnesspal.com and it measures calorie content, salt, carbs, protein, fat in all your food, and how much you burn off through exercise. Its really helped me to detect patterns in my eating habits, so I can see easily where I need to make changes if the scale isn't going down. Good luck!

Do you have a food plan to go with your diet plan?

I use fitness pal as well. I eat a lot of fruits, greens and chicken and eggs, cereal and oatmeal. Yes I know pretty limited (if you have food suggestions I'm up to hear them) I only have a griddle too cook and a crock pot. (I don't actually have a stove to boil water or anything so everything is kind of limited. I do have a toaster oven and a microwave. LOL)
