SO i had a huge NSV today. I have been holding on to my 30 day shred DVD for a little over a year and never had the courage or strength to do even 1 day.

Well today that changed. I had been talking about it for 3 weeks now and i finally figured I might as well start doing it. Staring at Jillian on the cover wasn't going to make me skinny (as much as i wished it). I completed the first day. I am sweaty, tired, sore, my arms and legs are shaking, almost to the point of it being hard to type.

I hope this post might inspire someone else to start whatever it is that they have been postponing. TRUST ME if i can do this so can anyone!!

I am the same way with that 30 day shred dvd... but i will do about 5 days and then stop for a month lol

Whoop whoop! Way to go! I LOVE a good Jillian workout- I totally get the arms-too-weak-to-type thing- her workouts do it to me too! You have to do 30DS so you can start Ripped in 30 next! You will achieve bada$$ status in no time!

Yeah!! Good for you for starting! I did the same thing when trying to jog the other day. Took a full hour for me to put my runners on! Just stared at them. But you feel so good when you finish .
