Mind Games Already? =[

Hey ladies, needing a little help here. I know I am eating under the alotted calories given to me for weight loss everyday....and working out hard for at least an hour everyday....and yet i feel guilty for everything i eat. I keep thinking (if only you didnt eat that last few calories..youd lose more weight faster). I am starting to freak myself out a little. everyday my calorie count gets lower and lower. im starting to get paranoid about what i eat and ive been eating only organic wholesome fruits and veggies, and lean meats once in awhile....what should i do???? :?:

:( sorry you're feeling this way...

i used to feel that way when i used to go to my old nutritionist. i deprived myself a lot and never EVER gave into my cravings, because i just wanted to lose weight, and fast. and then after a few months of being on plan, i starting bingeing because i couldn't stand the deprivation anymore! i'm not saying this will happen to you, just giving you my story.

i think it may help to keep in mind that this is journey, and yes, be accountable and stick to plan, but eating just fruit and veg with occasional protein is not enough. remind yourself that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. and a healthy lifestyle includes all the food groups, healthy fats, and exercise. also, eating below recommended caloric intake for weightloss actually messes with your metabolism and might eventually slow down your weightloss.

hope this helps, and hugs to you :)

Sorry you're feeling down dear!
I'm the same way, where I start to feel like everything I touch is bad and I get guilty.
I made myself sick once because I would eat almost Nothing due to my fear of never losing weight!
I've finally adapted to eating Whatever I want, in moderation and use the best foods as a rare reward type. It's made life a lot easier!!

I'm sorry to hear that :(
But you are definitely not alone! I can't tell you how many times I've practically starved myself for a while then just completely gave in and binged for the next few days. Mind games suck...
I just found this website and I'm glad im not the only one who feels this way. Although, I really do hope you get passed this. I'll be rootin' for ya!
