Talking 7 lbs in 6 days!

I cant believe i did it!!! I fianlly got motivated and started my diet. it is 6 days into it, and I have dropped 7 pounds on the scale. I am so proud of myself! I have been Calorie Counting around 1400 calories a day, along with at least an hour of intensive gym exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have to say, losing weight fast is all about counting and finding time to work out every single day! YIPPPEEE

Wow, awesome job! Make sure you stay super hydrated so you shed whatever water your body retains from exercising. Way to go!

thank you all so much =]] if anyone calorie counts and finds themself in a rut or they hate keeping a food log...use loseit.com! It's a great resources and its keeping me going strong =]]

That's fantastic!

But a word of caution, not to burst your bubble or anything: there's a chance that a lot of what you lost this week was water weight and the weight loss will slow down going forward. Don't get discouraged!! This is perfectly natural and most people experience it.

Keep up the great work! Stay motivated!

I was just about to mention the woosh of water weight but Farumbra said it much more gracefully than I could ever have stated it.

When it slows down...and it will...doooooo nooooootttt get discouraged! It happened to all of us. ****, my first week I drped about 6 pounds in 6 days. It was fantastic but it eventually slowed after another week or so.

Just FYI---didn't want to be a party pooper but rather offer that look into the near future.
