Bjohnson, i totally agree with madison. I eat 1400 to 1600 a day and am wondering if i should up it a little bit. You are working out a lot, so eat enough to fuel your body. At least 1600 good cals i would think. Stick toit and you will see huge successes

Food today has been geeat so far. Hubby is nit home for dinner and he is the cook. I can manage but get much more wholesome nutritious food when he makes dinner. Oh well, i will do my best.
