BJohnson: Welcome to the most awesome group!! 1190 sounds way too low. You have nowhere to go down if you start out too low. I've consistently lost 2lb/week on 1600-1800 calories/day.

MD - It's probably water retention from the Shred. Pound the water, eat less sodium & keep kicking your own arse & you'll see a drop!

Yay for the new thread!

Madison - I know you're right, it's just soooo frustrating I think that if I'm still up tomorrow, I'm going to take a mini scale vacay until Sunday.

On a good note, I was feeling annoyed with this gain, and my belt was feeling tighter today. BUT I realized that I was on a new belt hole!! So I'm now now wearing my belt at its smallest setting, and I can't flippin' wait to go buy a new belt. Woohoo!

Madison, I am sooo glad you combined the groups! I need Kriz back in my life in the worst way!

Been good the last few days, although not seeing a change in the scale. Still firmly at 176.4 today.

I am going to try for that 'fresh' start with the new month tomorrow. My husband will be gone all of March, so my eating out will be cut down. Also, the other girl in my office is moving on to a new position, and her and I tend to poorly influence each other. I am done with birthdays/family in town/hosting guests/etc. for atleast a couple months. This is the perfect time to get back into my good habits. I have a goal in mind for my sister in law's graduation, and that is to be 20-25 pounds lighter by May 20. That would get me to a normal bmi and very happy! I have dug out my calorie calculator and dusted it off, and March and April are going to be that last months I spend overweight! I am also going to make it a goal to post atleast once a day. I am so much more accountable when I log on! Feel free to chew me out if I am not posting! Let's do this!

175 this morning for the official weigh-in. Perfectly planned meals for today, though. Feeling optimistic, and ready to rock a hot outfit for a wedding this Saturday.

MD! Wow girl! Congrats on the huge weight loss! That is amazing. And I bet it felt wonderful to see that belt on the last hole. You rock!

170.2 this morning. Really upped the water today, so I'm hoping that helps a bit. I'm so bad about drinking water on the weekends. I really don't drink ANYTHING, that's my problem.

Bjohnson, i totally agree with madison. I eat 1400 to 1600 a day and am wondering if i should up it a little bit. You are working out a lot, so eat enough to fuel your body. At least 1600 good cals i would think. Stick toit and you will see huge successes

Md, my turn to remind you a whoosh is just around the corner for you. Congrars on the belt! I saw n awesome one at the mall yesterday but couldnt justify it. I have been obsessing over a hermes belt for almost two yrs and it is the first thing i am buying when i ge to goal!

Jaimie, hi again! Glad to have you back. Sounds like the strs are aligned for you, so lets do this!!!!

Sunny, tell me more about this outfit please! I am fashion obsessed.

Food today has been geeat so far. Hubby is nit home for dinner and he is the cook. I can manage but get much more wholesome nutritious food when he makes dinner. Oh well, i will do my best.

avie I hope you did your pilates!!

I just got through day 3 of 30DS, and it was actually easier than the last 2 days... who'da thunk it? It's crazy how much better I feel when I work out! But it makes me sooo hungry - I better go to sleep soon so I don't start snacking...

Love that you combined threads! Close to the 160s and wasnt looking forward to losing all my girls in the 170s thread!

Had Chipotle for dinner... But I was good and only had a salad with chicken and veggies on it! No rice or sour cream! Or a huge burrito even tho it did sound amazing! Lol

Well off to bed! Check in with ya girls tomorrow! And hopefully to be a pound lighter!! (crosses fingers)

Madison - What a great idea to combine the threads! This thread will definitely get more traffic than the 160's was alone.

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday. I'm back down to 169.5 after one day back on schedule, gotta get down a couple more to be back at my pre-field trip Friday weight.

175.8 today... still a pound up from where I was Saturday, but after being 177 the last couple of days, I'll take it! Still glugging the water, hopefully I'll be down again tomorrow. My calves are SO sore from 30DS - I can barely walk! I was supposed to get a massage as my reward for getting to 199 and still haven't, so maybe I'll book one for tomorrow.
