Default Not such a good day...

I just needed the accountability of posting this. Weddings are joyous affairs with great company and AWESOME FOOD. Ugh, I ate so much I feel amazing and gross at the same time. I tried to be good but that went right down the tubes when they opened the Candy Salad Bar. I know I'll be on track tomorrow but I always feel so guilty after a cheat day. Like one day is going to gain me back 70 pounds, heh. Just wanted a butt kicking back on track so I figured I'd vent!

the fact that you bounce back the next day and are right back on track, i wouldnt even call it a cheat as much as a day to treat yourself. i think a wedding is ok to enjoy (unless you're so popular you go weekly, lol) as long as the next day you do some damage control!
