Smile Starting over
hey, some of you may remember me, but it has been so long since I have actively participated on here many more of you may not!

I am starting over, having lost almost 50 lbs a couple of years ago, half of it has slowly crept back on over the last year...although I am not sure you can call a 22lb weight gain in a year slow!

I am back and refocused as I am moving from the UK to Melbourne in 6 weeks and would dearly like to not the seen as the 'fat girl' when I start in my new job.

This is more statement of intent for myself but the accountability of having it out there helps. I am going to run everyday..been out both yesterday and the day before, and clean up my eating a bit (frustratingly that is all it takes, I just havent been able to get my brain to accept that)

Hi Girls,

Im new here!
But the last year has basically been a restart and binge for me.
I moved from Australia to Germany and i think iv used homesick as an excuse for things.
Anyways when i do go back home (6 months to a year) i would like to join the Australian navy, so it's time to get myself together NOW !!
Anyone looking for buddies, that would be great ! Good luck everyone =) we can do it.

im getting back on track as well! started today and kinda couldnt let go of my bad eating habits yet so today was a not such a great day but hey tomorrow is a new day. i plan to go on my treadmill tomorrow and eat clean as well. good luck to us all on getting back on track

Welcome back! Glad to see that you're focused and set on achieving your goal. You lucky gal getting to move to Melbourne! I'm hoping to flock the UK too one day, and would love to be nice and slender when I do so.

I'm in the same boat. I had lost approximately 24 pounds and gained it all back and more. Yep. Started over again last week.
