5/25: 113.6 (the lowest number I got today. )
5/26: 114.4 (the lowest number I got today. My cal limit is 1200 and I have normally been eating 700-900 calories per day and for the past 2 days, I have eaten about 1000 cals. I guess I shocked my system and that's how I gained 2 lbs in 2 days.)
5/27: 114.6 (Binged last night, ate over my calorie limit for the first time in months)
5/28: 115.4 (I guess my binge is catching up with me-- there goes my goal for the month)
5/29: 115.2

It's official I SUCK. I gained 4.6 pounds for the month of May. WOW Not was I was hoping for but it is what it is so June is a new month AND I will get out of the 130's and WILL Get to 125!

So the weight has totally gone the wrong direction the past few days (didn't eat/work out perfectly over the holiday weekend, but not THAT badly!), but I'm still thrilled I passed my goal - definitely won't complain about a 10 lb weight loss this month! Great job everyone!

overall---I gained about 2.5 pounds this month---not a biggie. next month is a new month.

My goal for the end of June is to reach 155 stable. I want to stablize at 155. I think that's a realistic and good goal. LOL, well see how it works out.
