hmm... I honestly think it depends on your skin. I was over weight still am for 4 -6 years? can't remember now. I have no pockets of loose skin, MAYBE on my inner thighs but, i think that is just a natural spot for just about everyone. But there is people i know who weighed the same as me and lost weight that have loose skin...others that have none at all, its genetics...
Drinking TONS of water i think helps
