Default I can lose, gain, but cant maintain

I know how to lose weight, I know how to gain weight, but i have NO CLUE how to maintain my weight.

I get to a point where I am happy with my weight, and I slack off a bit, its like self sabotage.

Anyone have any ideas???

Keep working out and stop sabotaging yourself? Don't change your habits back to your old ones just because you are at the weight you want to be at; because then you are just going to gain everything back if not more.

Remind yourself why you did this in the first place.

Eat the same foods you ate to lose the weight, but a little bit more of the same foods. Bigger portions. Keep working out. Always stay away from sugar and processed foods.

I would check you calories in vs out, and then you will have an idea of what you need to eat to maintain, and after a while you may not even need to track calories you'll just know.

Now with that said that if just my thought, I still have a lot to lose and am not trying to maintain. I may be way off the mark!
