Countdown to 30!
 

I will be 30 in June and I joined 3fc to help gain some motivation in losing the rest of my pounds!

Where did the time go?! annnnd im old....:dizzy:

Haha, I hit the big THREE ZERO in September. I gave myself a year to get it under control and praying I can get there in time =) You have time!!! Just go all out!

I know the feeling of feeling "old", strangely enough, I don't feel it anymore. Scared of turning 30 but I feel like I'm in better shape now then I EVER was in my early 20's!

I hit it in May. I'm excited about my 30s and am hoping to be more fit than I ever was in younger years!! :)

I'll be 30 in December... And I was more afraid of it, but now that it's getting closer I'm to the point where I don't care, lol. I have a good job, I'm married already, I have life pretty much in order.

I want to get all my fitness together before I have kids, so I can pass along good eating habits to my offspring. :)

Turning 30 in November and actually looking forward to it (to a degree). I feel like my 20s were awesome. I accomplished so much, graduated undergrad and law school, am excelling in a great career, saw tons of countries, etc. I can only imagine what my 30s hold but I'm sure it will be even more exciting than my 20s.

You gals can do it, I'm rooting for you!

Are you going to start posting in the 30s forum when you hit 30? I'd like to have some company if I decide to post there. :hug:

30 is the new 20!!! You are wiser, hotter, and your insurance is cheaper!!!

I'm hitting 30 in August and I'm NOT happy about it! I'm in the best shape of my life and my career is going great, but I'm as single as they come! With NO prospects, not even any dates in the last 8 months. Tried online dating and that was a disaster. And trying to meet men in NYC is practically impossible! I'm beginning to think I may never have babies!!

Pity party over. :-p

Agreed! I'd love cheaper insurance! Look at it as a goal accomplished: You've survived your 20's. Many do not.

It is hard to meet men in big cities sometimes, isn't it? You would think the volume of men would make for an easier time to meet them but I think we get so used to ignoring each other in big cities that it actually makes it worse IMHO. I'm as single as they come too so hugs to you. By the way, you can always have babies...that is one of the things that is great about being a female ;). What was wrong with online dating? I was thinking of giving it a try when I feel comfortable in my own skin.

I guess? LOL. I think so. We can go together and be all new at the same time, haha. It'll be strange though, I'll have to pop back over here and lurk to keep track of all the 20 somethings that I want to see make goal, lol.

One of my very best friends met and is "getting serious" with an awesome guy she met on... eharmony? I think. He's awesome, and they have SO much in common. If I wasn't already spoken for, lol, I'd do it! ;)
