Weight Loss Buddies
 

Seems like a good idea. Someone to keep you accountable, on plan, perhaps if they're local go for a walk/run/to the gym, etc. Even an online buddy to talk to when you feel like you're stuck... (in this case, you're all my buddies!). What are your thoughts on this?

I met Sweets because she was in Calgary and we both needed more girl friends haha. We're trying to get together more often to workout together and do some video's but the weather is poop and I've been lazy lately haha.

MiZ - I'm hoping that I can get my friend Cori to get to the gym with me once I start my new job. I think I would feel less awkward at the gym if I had a female buddy... Going with the Boyfriend is nice, but I still feel weird. I totally understand about the weather being poop, we got 5 inches of snow here the other day... BLEH.

I would love an online weight-loss buddy! I have my cousin but she doesn't really work out with me much and I don't have anyone close by to do it with me.

If anyone is in the MD area that would be a HUGE plus so we could actually meet one day! but I would settle for an online pal :)

I'd kill for a weight loss buddy! I have a weight watchers buddy, we do all of our meetings together and check in throughout the week to make sure the other is doing well with the plan. But I'd really love to find a work out buddy- I hate being at the gym alone, but can't find anyone else interested in working out.

I'm in Virginia Beach if anyone else is around here :)

A workout buddy would be great. I could use a little accountability and companionship in this journey! And since I'm moving soon and will only know my boyfriend when I get to Boston, I could always use a few good female friends.
