I'm Tyrande and I'm new to this kind of thing... I'm just looking to give and get some support in this weight loss journey. I'd like to become serious about losing weight in a healthy way. I look forward to meeting everybody. :)

Awesome name btw! Don't be afraid to partcipate! There are many awesome ladies here that are willing to help out with all your questions. Everyone is very supportive, but they'll still give you that kick in the butt you need when you fall off track.
