Whenever I stay with my parents, I'm surrounded by very poor, impulsive eaters. Anything else you would like to share with us: I was a chubby kid, became a slightly overweight teenager when I walked 20 or so minutes to school and back everyday. When I moved to another house, I had to the bus instead and lost contact with my best friends. That's when I started to gain weight very quickly. My BMI reached obese class II last year and was very close to class III this year. That's when I knew I couldn't pretend everything was ok anymore - I was wearing the largest size available in afordable stores. I love to choose clothes and try them on, but I could only find a couple that fit and that made me very sad and frustated. I am currently obese class I, and I want to have a normal 23 BMI by the end of this year. I know I can do it, and I will. |
