Im not at the U clinic anymore, im just taking what i know and using it. Staying away from what i was taught and walking.. ALOT! lol I gave up coffee, sugar, junk food, milk, pork..uhm basically bad sugars that turn into fat. instead of eating WWh bread I eat ezikiel sprout bread..tastes the same without the hidden sugars of reg bread. Its hard at first giving it all up but i mean once you get into it and drink tons of water soon youll find yourself less hungry and losing a bunch of weight.
