Hey all,
My name is Heather, and I am new to the forum. I am on a weightloss journey just like all of you. Mine is the third time I have tried to keep the weight off and it just never seems to work. I used to be 206 lbs at age 18, I decided to take the leap and I went in to my local UWeight Loss Clinic. In there I found not only a friend but a counselor as well. At the clinic I went from being 206 to 140, but all that changed when I couldn't afford it anymore and left. I then went back to 170, saw how much I had gained and started my journey again. I was back to 140 in 2 months. Then I met my wonderful BF Rick and fell in love, moved in together and went back up to 175!. Now im ready to lose it all completely!!! get back down to 140 and then down to 110 where I should be! This process is not going to be easy and I really need help to stay on track! I know I can do this and I hope I'll have someone on here to talk to and we can work on our weight together!!!

Welcome Heather! Happy that you seem like you're in a great relationship and a great place in life, what better time to lose weight! I've found 3FC to be the BEST place for accountability, motivation, inspiration, and support. I'm sure you will too. Best wishes for your weight loss journey

Wow, you have great determination on your journey of weight loss. Are you still using the Clinic or another diet? I am curious as to how you areloosing your weight. I have such difficulty with mine.

Im not at the U clinic anymore, im just taking what i know and using it. Staying away from what i was taught and walking.. ALOT! lol I gave up coffee, sugar, junk food, milk, pork..uhm basically bad sugars that turn into fat. instead of eating WWh bread I eat ezikiel sprout bread..tastes the same without the hidden sugars of reg bread. Its hard at first giving it all up but i mean once you get into it and drink tons of water soon youll find yourself less hungry and losing a bunch of weight.
