That's awesome, tabitl! You know, when I first lost all that weight in 2004 I cut out all sugar then, too. I was always able to maintain until this past year when I piled on 15-20 pounds... well, sugar was a major player in that!! I'm thrilled that I was able to right myself because the benefits of eliminating it have gone far beyond finally being able to drop those stubborn "creeper" pounds. Yay for us for kicking the habit!

Congratulations to you, missy! I still have about 14 pounds until I'm in the normal BMI range, which I haven't seen since probably early middle school. Sugar is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE! Haha ugh, that stuff is so damn addictive and I didn't realize how it made me lightheaded and screwed with my energy. It's awesome how I can feel so much more full on 1400~ish calories, with the majority consisting of proteins and fats, than I did on 1600 of high sugars and carbs. Truly incredible!
The best part is that when you stop eating it, your body doesn't crave it anymore! There's always the emotional aspect of it but the physical gnawing is gone. So unbelievably thankful. Keep it up, girl!
The biggest thing I have noticed this time around (I have yo-yo'd for years) is that I have finally beaten my binge eating disorder. Thinking of food in such a way makes me feel sick! goes to show that weight loss in not just about food and excercise as this time around, I have dealt with emotional issues, and finally I feel I am free from the fat forever!!
I used to have a tiny mini roll next to my hip..now thats gone! Legs are way more defined as well and I can see the bone structure in my chest in the light. I also feel much better about myself that I used to.
i don't have so many as you guys... i feel like i probably need to lose a more substantial amount of weight to see a real difference... but here i go.
- boobs have shrunk (they're still quite big, thank god, but i did go down a whole cup size)
- i can wear boots that go above the ankle!!
- heels don't hurt so much, so quickly (though they still do :/)
- (after some thought) headaches are much less frequent than before.
I have lost my annoying craving for sweets!! Really, consuming anything other than my "safe", healthy foods makes me sick to think about. It's definitely a life change. I have gone from a 38H to a 38F (almost DDD). I haven't checked lately but my 14s are huge so I'm pretty sure I can wear 12s or 10s. I have noticed my back fat is diminished and my stomach no longer sticks out farther than my boobs. lol. My boyfriend has commented on my face looking slimmer and I could take a swim in my work clothes.
@LadyWraith Wowowow, and I thought I had a hard time with 38DDs! You are rockin it! It feels so good to take off the excess on top, that I know for sure... can't wait to get back down to 36Cs...
Me, really, I've only lost a pant size so far. Down to 14s, can't quite fit my 12s, can't even think about 10s yet :\ I can't wait to lose some more so I can RUN better!
None of my pants fit any more. It's gotten to the point where I can slip them off and on (provided I don't have a belt) without messing with the button or zipper.
Heck, I can start to see the outlining of my ribs now.
I love reading these, inspires me to keep pushing forward.
I have noticed a smaller waist-- found some 26's from a year or so ago, put them on, and was smiling ear to ear because of how big they were on me, great feeling.
I can fit into non-plus size clothing now.
I can workout longer without getting out of breath, and I have more endurance.
I'll post back when I start seeing more differences.

Ive noticed that my jeans are looser!! yay it is very exciting to know im doing something right. Also I have alot more energy and my face is looking thinner!! XD
Even though I've only lost about 6 lbs, I've lost a ton of inches. I went from a 14 to a 10. My lower stomach pouch (the most dreaded part) is a lot smaller - yay! I feel like I have more energy, and exercising helps me be less anxious and stressed.
I have noticed that my tummy doesn't stick out too much. Which is good seeing as its now summer time!
Also I have bundles of energy all of a sudden.
And I've been getting way fewer headaches. I thought they were related to my implant, but I guess I gained all my weight at the same time as I got it so maybe my headaches were weight related!
