I want to be a fit, healthy, active mom to my kids. I lost 70 pounds before I had my son (had to lose weight in order to get pregnant) - promptly gained it back during pregnancy and then kept going up afterwards. Then I got pregnant with my daughter, gained less weight, and had her. They're both my motivation, but my daughter even moreso. I don't want her to go through what I went through, I was obese from age 9 or so. I know I will be her role model and I want to be a good one. As for my son, I need to weigh less to keep up with him, lol, and of course I want to be a healthy role model for him too. But now that I know how good it feels to be a normal weight, I want it for me too, the difference in how I feel is absolutely incredible!
