Hey ladies! Boy how I have missed you all. I have been gone for way too long :mad: but I'm back now! I'm officially moving to Chicago and FINALLY joining a gym! I have maintained my weight for the most part give or take a few lbs here and there but I need to get back on track if I want to make my goal. Im in Florida right now visiting the family so I don't have complete access to a computer right now but will try to get active again on the forums soon as I really need it! I miss the support and the guilt of doing something bad haha. I havent worked out in FAR too long. Living in Chicago in the winter really keeps you inside and I cant exactly do workout tapes and shake the whole apartment down :o My mother just recently bought a elliptical and I have been using it religiously since I put it together..and that was a workout in itself haha. I love you all and Im glad to be back.:hug:
