You ladies are doing a great job! Since I just started my workouts I cant really post much here lol But so far here is what Ive done:

(Pedometer Readings from Walking/Jogging/Running)

4/20: 2000 steps in 10 minutes.
4/21: 2500 steps in 15 minutes
4/22: 2500 steps in 13 minutes
4/23: 2800 steps in 20 minutes 1.7 miles
4/24: 3000 steps in 15 minutes 2 miles
4/25: 3200 steps in 23 minutes 2.8 miles
4/26: 4500 steps in 30 minutes 3 miles

These workouts will continue and increase in steps as the weeks go on! :)
