Today's my first day back. I'm committed to being honest about my journey this time. I wont leave 3FC everytime I slip up, I'll stay here and keep pushing.
My goals for the month: stay on track with C25K, do workout DVDs and distance walks on non-C25K days; Eat less, and focus on eating whole foods and more fresh veggies. Continue drinking water only. Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I joined here as I was referred by someone else from another forum (which I pay for to be a member in) because I needed a place where there are more people my age and who exercise frequently. I'm blown away by the number of days you intend to work out! I will never do such a goal for myself (for now). LOL. Particularly, because my schedule is super crazy. But I will aim for 8/31 . I worked out twice already this month. For me it's an achievement. I hope I CAN write such numbers on here since all of you write such BIG goals! hehe.
