Okay. I'm back. With walking pneumonia. Today is the first day I've felt normal since Thursday night.

I'm totally going to do it as soon as I get home from work! It's my plan.

So, starting over:

Saturday's weigh in was 220.8... So...

SW - 221
GW - 199 LOL okay, how about 208 since that will be my "20% lost"

Hi ladies!

I'm seriously considering offering myself up to the shred. I'm sure this information is somewhere to be stumbled upon but I can't seem to find it, so.. are you SUPPOSED to do it every day? Or are you supposed to have rest days as well? And does she recommend that you supplement it with other activity should you feel up to it? Thanks so much for your help!

You do it everyday for 30 days. The first couple days SUCK. However, you WILL see results! I don't know if she says anything about doing any other activities, but you don't really need to as long as you are eating right.

Tabitl, you are supposed to do it for 30 days straight. But on the fourth day I was a physical wreck and NEEDED a day. The other two rest days were just poor planning on my part.

The first time I did it I only made it 20 days but I lost 5 pounds, 2 inches off bust one off waist, and two off of hips. I did add extra cardio 30-40 min. 4 times a week. I was considerably larger than I am now though.

I haven't measured myself, but when I started I couldn't go more than a minute without having to stop for a second to catch my breath. Now I can get through the whole thing without stopping. I may be imagining it (since it's only been 10 days) but I feel a little less "mushy"

Oh yeah, and I went from being able to do 12 girl pushups to 30. And <1 real pushup to almost 10

Thanks for the input, y'all! Super helpful. I'm really intrigued by the 6 week 6 pack, too. My belly is definitely the most problematic area. :X

I think I might do the Shred, though, just because it's been so well-received and most everyone has had success with it. Glad you guys are making progress!
