  • There must be something in the air tonight, I reallllly didn't want to do this tonight either! But I did! Tomorrow may be tougher. I have an early morning presentation and then a client dinner and event. I'm going to try and get up before it all to shred though... it's only 30 minutes early, right?!

    Yeah, I don't know what it was about today - I mean, I never WANT to do it, but I really would have rather done just about anything else than this today. But I did it! I'm in a bit of a funk, and I think it would have made me even more grumpy if I had let myself not do it.

  • For the first time ever, I had to stop halfway through this?? I think I may have had too much caffeine today, because I felt really jittery and almost burst out crying?? So I stopped halfway through circuit two..but I finished it later :S

  • I really LOVE doing 30DS...Im a freak. I first bought it last February...Ive completely got it memorized but I think its a great quick workout and I noticed results only a few days into it...this cycle Im on day 3...

    I feel pretty accomplished that I got through a whole week already!! A little more than 3 weeks left - and I can already do the girl push ups without stopping! That scares me a little though, because now I feel like I have to move on to (gasp) regular push ups?! NOT ready for that yet.

  • Someone force me to do this. I have a headache & I'm suuuuper tired. Baby just went down for a nap, & I'm enjoying this quiet...Must. Do. Workout. BLEH.
  • You can do it Madison! Only 30 minutes, then you're done, and you'll be feeling great. It will probably give you a jolt of extra energy for the remainder of the day.
