s200n - I'm having the same issue. I have hit my first plateau since I started in December & it's so frustrating. I read a bunch of articles earlier on plateaus & how to break through them.
1. Make sure you aren't cheating & going over your calories without realizing it.
2. Cut your calories by 100-200 cal/day. Your body needs less calories to burn when you are at a lower weight.
3. Change up your workouts. I've been doing the shred for 43 days now & I think my body is too used to it. I was going to try another Jillian workout, but they are all the same. UGH! So, I'm going to try the Biggest Loser Bootcamp.
4. Some people, like myself, say have a cheat day or meal. It keeps your metabolism on it's toes & helps you derail & forget your diet.
These are the main points that I found while I was researching. Feel free to take it or leave it.
