I usually post in the 30 DS thread in the exercise videos section, but I'd like to jump in here, too--it looks like this thread is a little more active.

I finished day 4 of level 3 today. I'm getting ready for round 2, but I've got something a little different planned. I'm going to get 6W6P and (probably) Ripped in 30. I'll do levels 1,2 and 3 of the shred on consecutive days, followed by 6d6p and R30...then I'll start over.

Welcome! I'm planning to alternate too once I'm done with this 30 Days. I might squeeze The Firm Hips, Thighs, and Abs in too since I've definitely seen results with that too.

Madison, what were your final results for the 28 days?

The Firm series is amazing. I got most of them from netflix. They do a lot of toning, some videos whole body and some target areas. They also have some cardio as well. I haven't done any this time around because I've been running so much and now I'm doing 30DS but last time when I did it regularly I think it took inches off my thighs. The only problem with The Firm series is that you pretty much need a stairstep. I got one on Craigslist for $10 but I dont know if they're that easy to come by now that the stairstep fad is out. Overall, though, the Firm is awesome and gets results. I'm tired and sweaty when I finish one of their videos.

I did day 4 of level 3 yesterday. I'm going to do BFBM today instead of 30DS, though, because Saturday (today) is my cheat day...i.e. HOMEMADE COOKIES and I'm anxious to get started on my two new dvds...

I only just got BFBM and NMTZ and I only had the 30 DS before that. I'll do NMTZ for the first time today.

I like the 30 DS is short (I'm a mother of 3 under 5) and works everything...but I didn't notice the time toooooo much with BFBM yesterday.

Honestly...if they all make me sweaty and sore the way 30DS and BFBM do...I'll love them all!

I did NMTZ today... There was one circuit where I was dying for it to end, but other than that, I got through it. It's much easier (for me) than BFBM, but then, I'm not into sweat (although I accept its necessity). So I liked it and am looking forward to adding it into the rotation (once or twice a week). Doing BFBM and NMTZ has made me really appreciate 30DS, though and how much I can do in 20 minutes.

Ok I am determined to start this! I really want to start doing it in the morning, but when my alarm goes off 30 mins earlier I have just not been able to drag my arse out of bed!!!!!!!!!!!!
