Level 2 did not hurt my wrists, but I wanted to punch the TV, which would have ended up huting them, I suppose...

I'm a lurker on this thread but this made me LMAO! Just finished my fifth or sixth day of Level 2 (not really keeping track and just skipping up a level when I feel strong enough to do so) and I still feel this way.

And WTG Madison on the weight loss. That is amazing!

Ugh. I shredded for three days feeling like crap, getting progressively worse because I was so determined to keep up this commitment I made to myself. I even woke up at 6 one morning to do it when I had school and work events scheduled for the entire rest of the day, well until the evening. I realized that because I kept pushing my body it was not going to heal; in fact, it was making it worse. I finally had to swallow my pride and acknowledge that I had what it took to keep going when it got rough, but also enough sense to know what my body needs to recover. I am in the most stressful period of my semester and I do not want my academic and work performance to continue to suffer as a result of my being a stubborn mule. Since I stopped three days ago I have felt a little bit of improvement each day. Here's hoping to get back into the swing of it tomorrow! Hang in there, ladies.

Ps - congrats, Madison! It's paying off!

I decided to fore go the last 2 days of Level 3 & restart the Shred since there are 30 days in April. I need to do my measurements tonight before I start! I wanna see what a difference 28 days has made.

Current Weight ~ 140.3 after I just worked out; didn't get to weigh myself this morning.

Not too panicky because: a) I skipped three days since my sinuses were super angry at me, b) I was peer pressured into having a piece of my friend's birthday cake last night , c) I'm on my period, and d) prior to lifting weights and doing the Shred.. I ate four cookies. But that spawned my workout motivation, so yay for sugar highs! I felt so crappy again today I had planned on resting (as in actually resting and not homework resting) but the post-cookie guilt was too much for me.
