fromthebox, yeah i don't have abs. i'm ok with it, but i've got my weighted hula hoop which i'm thinking i should be working! hah. But its been pretty hard for me to do any exercises i put my back out in April, hasnt been the same since

YAY I love before and after pics!!

I don't let people take many pictures of myself when I'm bigger. I'm hoping to get back into the 120's within a year at the most. I went on the diet to improve my health, energy, and mood at first. But having lost a few pounds already, I'm looking forward to looking better as well

i recently lost 4 lbs in a few days and HOLY CRAP





where'd those ribs come from???

haha, i'm so amazed. 168 is the lowest weight i've ever been in my adult life.

It's been awhile since I posted so I figured I would. I still have 4lbs to go to get back to where I was 2months ago but hoping to get there by Christmas and Insanity has helped so much. I'm already smaller in inches then I was 2 months ago so not toooo tooo worried about the lil gain I had after working 14-18 hour days for 6 weeks. Just VERY glad those hours are OVER!

And most importantly, that I knew how to get back on track for my health & didn't just give up and say screw it. I missed working out SO much!

These are me and my old college roomies last year in July. =)


After seeing this pic I balled my eyes out. I couldn't believe how big I had gotten, and I was one of the only ones that didn't have the excuse of having a baby...EVER!

Anyway, this is me last weekend. Excuse the picture of me sideways...I'm just VERY comfortable in my own skin these days =) Dinner before the club...and then the club for my old roomies birthday party. =)






When I look at these two pics, I am happy. But, I still have a ways to go and as you all know, these last 20lbs are the HARDEST to get off!! As long as the inches keep going however, I think I'm good.

Lilies you remind me of someone, a famous actress/singer from the 40s/50s, you are GORGEOUS!

reanbean - Love your attitude, it's all about health, the looking better part is awesome too though =) Great photos!
