Talking tuesday turnaround: what sayings motivate you?

hi everyone! it's tuesday!

i've been on TOM this week and haven't been losing, but i realized that I didn't gain during TOM either! I keep on telling myself that staying steady is way better than gaining, does anyone else feel like gaining is SO EASY but losing is SO HARD?

also, since i am a ww now, its nice because i do have extra points to fall back on in my TOM induced snacking! (obviously nothing out of the question, but its nice to think that an extra few calories will not make me feel so guilty)

so there is my saying

"staying the same is better than gaining"

what sayings motivate you?

"I'm going to taco time to get 6 yummy taco's for 99cents"

That quote keeps me motivated everytime my guy friend tells me about his disgusting journey to fast food places haha.

we never regret a workout!

and

"I love the smell of fat burning in the morning!"

i absolutely must have great music. when i'm felt down i loved 'bring me to life' by Evanescence, and many many other really fast rock/pop songs. 90's mixes are great for workouts too.

sometimes i just have to make myself just do SOMETHING any exercise. crunches before bed, and hour of exercise. get a little or a lot, but i have to get it in.
in consistent exercise is my downfall.

i laugh at this one but my pt always says "get in, get it hard"...of course its not what he initially think BUT it means get your workout out in and do it hard...some people just go and linger at the gym and not really do much for 2 hours while some can go in put their best effort in and get their workout done in 1 hour.

Nothing. Motivational sayings usually have the opposite effect on me.

History is apt to judge harshly those who sacrifice tomorrow for today. ~Harold MacMillan

I find it easier to stick to a plan if I feel like old-timey literary types will be disappointed with me.
