Hi all,
Ran across this site during a google search, and after taking a look it seems like something that would help keep me on track! I'm 5'4, and 146 pounds. I'm trying to lose 20 - 25 pounds, or ultimately end up in the lower 120's. I'm doing the calorie counting thing, but also I'm eating five small meals a day (each around 250 calories give or take) and I'm working out 5 days a week. I've recently been working on my running, so I plan on doing intervals with my running so my body doesn't plateau out as easily. I've done this plan in the past and had a lot of luck, losing about 20 lbs, but that was over two years ago. I was 10 lbs away from goal, but managed to creep back up with a year of traveling abroad and just not really worrying too much about what I was eating. Anyways, I'm really excited and hoping to be at goal by summer for bikini season.
