I weigh myself every Saturday morning. Doing it once a week and not every day helps me to see real results and not to get discouraged.

I like to weigh myself everyday; it helps keep me accountable. Late evenings are the worst for me and if I know that I have to weigh in the next morning, I'm more likely to not eat that bag of chips or candy bar.

I use to think I would be obsessive and too emotional over weighing in everyday, but it really works for me. I'm aware that some days I will go up and there's usually a reason (e.g., I had too much sodium the day before, TOM, or I just ate too late). I usually do not get too upset if the scale moves up. If I don't weigh everyday, I tend to eat that one little piece of candy (I mean it is only one piece and one night), but before I know it, I'm eating gobs of unhealthy foods at the end of the week. Long story short, it helps keep me accountable and on plan.

Haha... you and me both! I think it's slightly obsessive, but oh well, it seems to work for me. I keep a daily weight and calorie graph, to see what spikes/dips in calories do to my weight. (Yeah, it's weird, but it only takes me 30 seconds to add to the graph every day, so it can't be *that* obsessive, right? That's how I rationalize it to myself!)

I think whatever works for you is a good thing. Weighing myself every two weeks, I see a bigger drop from weigh in to weigh in. That gives me encouragement to keep up the good work. I love seeing five pounds gone in two weeks.

I'm logging on LoseIt and I try to log my weight daily... except during times when I know I'll regain for water retention reasons beyond my control (strength training, TOM). Those times, I'm treating it like a plateau. But I weigh something like ten times a day, whenever I pass the scale. It's a great reminder to stay good

I weigh mostly daily. Sometimes I just don't feel like it so I don't, but I do make myself if I know I am avoiding it because I'm afraid I've been bad. It's a good way to keep myself accountable.
