Yeah! Woosh!
Ok, I didn't really believe everyone when they said weight comes off in whooshes but it did this morning. I weighed in on Friday at 168.6 (a week's loss of 0.8lbs after eating right and working out, so frustrating at best) but it was after a Thursday night client dinner where, even though I picked the most healthy thing on the Italian menu (other than a pathetic side-salad) and ate half of the ginormous portion, it was full of salt. So I thought I would weigh in today- 166.2!!!!! :carrot:
I am *this* close to my first 10lbs off and my first reward (a Swarovski braclet I've been eyeing for 6 months). |
Congrats! I love it when you get stuck for so long and your like wtf? Then BAM a crap load of weight leaves you and your life where did it go? haha

I completely get how you were and are now feeling! I was stuck at 248 for what seemed like forever than in the course of a week I was down to 238! Its amazing what are bodies do!! |

I was so, so excited this morning I weighed in several times to make sure I got the right number. I'm sure you all know the feeling. After 3 weeks of stalling at around 170 I'm really happy. I did my 30 Day Shred this morning and just went for a nice long walk and feel fabulous. Don't know why I didn't start this process months ago but it feels great so far. :) |
